Christmas break is in three weeks, and there’s nothing better than freshly baked cookies during the holiday season. Of course, you can’t make a batch of cookies without sneakily dipping your finger into the bowl of cookie dough! The ever-preset fear of eating raw eggs and getting salmonella is a minor fright, but you eat it anyway because it tastes so good! Now, you can eat cookie dough GUILT FREE! Follow the recipe below to make egg-less cookie dough.


  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2-teaspoon salt
  • 1-cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2-cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2-cup milk chocolate chips



  1. With a mixer, cream together butter and brown sugar.
  2. Add vanilla and salt, and then mix.
  3. Add flour (the mixture is expected to be crumbly).
  4. Add milk and mix.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Eat away!

Store cookie dough in refrigerator. You can also freeze it up to three months.

CAUTION: There is a small risk from eating raw flour. Eat at your own risk.
